What are the skills and knowledge that can be covered in a San Antonio MCAT course?
The MCAT consists of 230 questions and takes 7.5hours to complete. This time limit is comprised of all four sections of the exam as well as your included breaks. The number of questions and time allowed for the various sections can vary slightly. Each section, however, contains passage-based sets of questions and three sections also contain a number of independent questions. The sections found in the MCAT are Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems, Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills, Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems, and Psychological, Social, and Biological Foundations of Behavior. Let's take a closer look at how MCAT review can help you in each of the sections.
The first section takes 95 minutes to complete and assesses your knowledge of Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems. The 59 questions in this exam portion evaluate your knowledge of the functions and principles of the various parts of the human body. You will need to be able to explain how human tissues, organs, and organ systems relate to the various laws of physics.
For the Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills section, you will need to read various passages on social sciences or humanities and answer questions. This is your opportunity to demonstrate your ability to comprehend complex texts as well as your verbal reasoning and analytical skills. This is a 53-question section that you must finish within 1.5 hours.
The next section is the Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems assessment, which consists of 59 questions. You will have 95 minutes in this section to demonstrate your knowledge of the various processes that are unique to living organisms. You will also need to demonstrate your scientific inquiry and reasoning skills to do well on this portion of the MCAT.
The final section assesses your Psychological, Social, and Biological Foundations of Behavior knowledge with 59 questions. You will have 95 minutes to demonstrate your knowledge of behavior's impact on health and well-being. This is your opportunity to showcase your retention of mental health issues. You will need to be able to identify how cultural and social differences can influence the health of the patient.
This is not even close to a comprehensive list of skills needed for the MCAT. Taking a San Antonio MCAT prep course can help you with guided practice opportunities. The knowledge of knowing you are studying all the various concepts and skills found in the MCAT can help you walk into your exam with confidence.

I like to be creative and adapt to the learning style of a student. My goal is to make learning fun and never feel like a chore.... Adapt to what kind of learning the student best responds to; that way learning is fun and easy going, and never frustrating.... Get to know each other a bit, in order to know how to approach each topic the best way possible.... I think making different suggestions on how I taught myself, the material could bring some insight to someone in how to go about understanding the topic.

I specialize in most Math and Science subjects, as well as subjects directly related to medical school (and of course the MCAT). Overcoming internal obstacles is often the more difficult challenge obstructing our success rather than the subject itself.
