Currently, I am a Senior Program Director for Education and Youth Development at a non-profit agency. I have a BA in English Literature and MA in Urban Studies. What do I love to do? I love trying new foods, learning different cultures and adding to my bucket list. Most of all, I enjoy passing on the things that I have learned to help build others. My hobbies include watching foreign films, documentaries, traveling and reading.

Teaching is complex in that it requires one to evolve and develop often. Teaching is a concept that is not easily defined. Teaching is so much more than just learning inside a classroom. Personally, teaching is challenging students to think critically, to think outside the box, and to take ownership of their thoughts to create individuality. Essentially, teaching a rewarding quality if done genuinely. Nothing worth having comes without challenges, frustrations, and responsibility.
