About Me

I have graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, degrees in Economics and International Business from the University of Texas at Arlington. I also graduated from Texas Christian University with an MBA (finance concentration) and a master's degree in accounting from The College of William and Mary. Besides my extensive academic background, I also have 10 plus years in the Finance and Accounting industries including Goldman Sachs, Luminant Energy, Energy Future Holdings and Trinity Private Equity Group. I have a passion for tutoring on subjects like economics, accounting, finance and math. I focus on creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable tackling challenging concepts. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering critical thinking and real-world application of knowledge, which empowers students to connect their studies to their future goals. I am dedicated to helping each student succeed academically while inspiring a genuine interest in the subjects I teach. My lessons are geared toward high school and college students.
