Since graduation I have realized how strong my passion is for education and I decided to attend Johns Hopkins University where I received a Master of Science in Education. I am in my fifth year of teaching and have taughtet everything from Kindergarten to Eighth Grade. My favorite part of working with students is seeing that "Ah-Ha!" moment. I love learning about my students as a whole so that I can make instruction as relevant as possible to them. In my free time I enjoy staying active by rowing, a sport I came to love in my early years of college. I have also served as an Academic Mentor to the John Carroll Rowing team.

I am an avid rower and coxswain and am involved with the local rowing club. I enjoy helping several local children's start-up companies.
