I am currently working towards my MA in Applied Linguistics at Georgia State University. I primarily tutor reading comprehension and writing because I have a passion for both of these skills. My goal is to have every student love writing and reading as much as I do. I have experience with working with students all over the world, from China to Saudi Arabia to the United States. My approach to tutoring is to make it as personalized as possible and have me and the student work collaboratively to get to the answer, instead of the student being told the answer and be expected to understand it. Overall, I hope to spread my passion for education and learning to more students. I look forward to helping you!

Outside of school, I spend my time volunteering with a local tutoring organization twice a week. I also frequently hike, walk, lift weights, and run. I love to stay active. I also enjoy trying new recipes and eating new food.
