A coach provides valuable feedback, goal setting, consistency, and accountability and will help you find what internally motivates you. My public speaking career had an unusual start that began in the 4th grade. If we work together ask me to tell you the story. I hold a bachelor's degree in communications with an emphasis in mass media and journalism. In 2010, I obtained a master's degree in exercise physiology, health promotion, and wellness coaching from the University of Central Florida. In 2008 I began teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Valencia College and the University of Central Florida. In this role, I mentored hundreds of students and enjoyed helping students develop academically. In 2011, I was selected to serve on the Professional Speakers Board at Florida Atlantic University. In this role, I taught Professional Development to various large groups within the community. In 2015, I became Director for a large non-profit Christian organization where I managed hundreds of employees and thoroughly enjoyed the excitement and challenge of leading staff. I have over 17 years of experience coaching wellness and communications. I have worked for hospitals, non-profit organizations, and public universities. I am a certified wellness and life coach and help my clients level up in many areas within their life including time management, public speaking, confidence coaching, student development, leadership, executive coaching, and all aspects of well-being. Currently, I own an online company where I offer digital courses and coach clients in healthy living practices, professional development, communications, public speaking, mindfulness, and stress management techniques. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, ACE Certified CPT, GFI, Pilates Instructor, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Breathing Coach, Wellness and Life Coach, and Nutrition Specialist. My goal as a coach is to help you breathe well, live well and speak well. I help professionals and students take an inside-out approach to enhanced communication and well-being. Personally, I am Christian Woman and I get fulfillment from being outdoors and exploring with my husband, and our two young daughters. We love our family/friends and enjoy quality time together as much as possible. I've grown into a great cook and enjoy making simplistic and delicious meals. I feel my best after being physically active and I've seen my greatest progress from implementing mind-body practices such as breath work and mindfulness movement. My mission is to love God and love people. Professionally, I am a high-achiever and lifelong learner, I truly value education and the human potential to evolve.
