I am a psych and criminology double-major from UNCC and am currently working towards my forensic psychology MS from NSU. At UNCC, I spent some time as a TA in the psych department. In particular, I have experience working with abnormal psych, child psych, psychology of learning and memory, social psych, and forensic psych (though this one is definitely my favorite!). I believe in simple explanations of complex subjects and using everyday examples as illustrative tools. I hope I can help to make the field of psychology more accessible and enjoyable to everyone!

Whenever I'm not studying psychology, I enjoy art (specifically painting and jewelry making) and scavenging for interesting pieces of nature--be they stones, bugs, or bones! Much in the spirit of a true psychology-lover, I also enjoy playing with my pet fancy rats and trying to teach them tricks (though I am no B.F. Skinner!).
