- I am a dedicated tutor with a passion for helping students unlock their full potential.
About Me
Witnessing the transformative power of education and seeing students thrive academically and personally fuels my drive to make a positive impact. Throughout my journey as a tutor, I have had the privilege of working with students from diverse backgrounds and age groups. I have tutored children of immigrants while working for Croix Rouge in Paris, helped high school and college students to improve their Calculus skills as a tutor at Columbia University, and provided free financial literacy lessons in my home country, Moldova. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the unique challenges students face and honed my ability to tailor my teaching approach to meet their individual needs. I am dual BA student at Columbia University in the city of New York and SciencesPo in Paris, studying Law, Economics and Mathematics. My educational background has equipped me with critical thinking skills and a strong foundation in English, History, Law, Economics, and Mathematics. I find great joy in helping students navigate complex texts, develop analytical thinking, and express their ideas eloquently. Beyond academia, I have a passion for reading Russian literature and French Absurdism. I also like playing football and I am a big fan of escape rooms.
Hobbies & Interests
In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and camping, exploring nature's beauty. I also have a passion for the arts, particularly painting and drawing. Cooking and trying out new recipes is another interest of mine. I am an avid reader and love learning new things. Giving back to my community through volunteering is also important to me.
