About Me

Hello everyone! I'm Dr. Jonathan Folmsbee, and I've been tutoring/teaching calculus and physics for 8+ years now. My goal as a tutor/instructor is to get you to the point where the test doesn't seem scary, and instead just feels like another homework assignment or problem set. I believe that math and physics are NOT spectator sports, and the best way to prep for a test is to do problems, and also step through why you're doing what you're doing on problems, as well as look at parts of problems that may not make sense. I also try to distill the info dumps that you may get in lectures into what you can actually use on the problem.
