About Me
I am a graduate of DePaul University where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy with an environmental concentration and a minor in Spanish. While at DePaul University, I also worked as a mentor for first generation college students in the STARS program and later I worked as a Student Aid with Gear Up at Nicholas Senn High School. Upon graduation I returned to Milwaukee where I worked for Nativity Jesuit Academy as a Student Aid, College Possible as a Senior Coach, with Safe & Sound as a Youth Organizer, and with Milwaukee County as a Juvenile Probation Officer. Working with youth is a passion of mine just like geography, English, and Spanish. In my spare time I enjoy camping, hiking, running, lifting weights, playing the bass guitar, reading, painting, traveling, and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.
