About Me

I am a graduate of The University of South Florida. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Classics with a focus on Greco-Roman history and the Latin language. I also recieved my Masters degree in Education. I have taught Latin and History on and off for 15+ years. Through my many years of teaching, I have experience in teaching all age ranges and all levels, including Advanced Placement. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Latin, History and English. In my experience helping struggling students prepare for Advanced Placement exams, I always enjoy helping them realize their full potential. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. I also instill a love of the past and show my students how the past is still alive through teaching Latin and History. In my spare time, I enjoy surfing, swimming, being out in nature and reading.
