- I am a graduate of Walden University, where I earned both my master's and Ph.D. in psychology.
- I find the principles of psychology fascinating and love sharing that knowledge with others.
About Me
I have a particular interest in personality and social psychology, and my dissertation examined how intellectual humility can help reduce political polarization. While earning my Ph.D., I tutored graduate students in statistics, helping break down complex topics into clear, manageable steps that even those who struggled with quantitative material could understand. I also have experience tutoring high school students in standardized test preparation, but psychology is the subject I'm most passionate about teaching. My tutoring style focuses on simplifying complex concepts and helping students build confidence as they master challenging material. I love guiding students toward those "aha" moments when ideas finally click, and many have shared that my approach has strengthened both their understanding and self-confidence. Outside of academia, I enjoy reading, making and listening to music, exercising, and spending time with my family.
