About Me
As a passionate educator with a Doctorate in Liberal Studies from Georgetown University and a Master's in Restorative Justice from Vermont Law School, I have over 5 years of teaching experience across a variety of subjects, including Spanish, English, and the social sciences. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering a supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to express themselves and engage deeply with the material. I believe that every student has unique strengths, and I strive to tailor my approach to meet their individual needs, whether through conversational practice in Spanish or honing their essay writing skills. Outside the classroom, I enjoy exploring literature and traveling, which enriches my teaching and allows me to share diverse perspectives with my students.
