I'm an experienced RN with over 18 years in the field, including 12 years in ER/ICU. Throughout my career, I've developed a strong clinical foundation while also discovering a passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others build confidence in their nursing knowledge. I've spent years precepting new graduate nurses, mentoring experienced staff, and serving in educator and leadership roles that focused on training, development, and clinical excellence. I understand the challenges that come with transitioning from nursing school to real-world practice. My approach is supportive, practical, and tailored to each student's learning style. I focus on helping students develop critical thinking skills, test-taking strategies, and clinical reasoning -- the key components needed to succeed on the NCLEX and in practice.
