About Me

I teach private lessons that are based on your needs. I am an experienced tutor with over a decade of teaching, training, and tutoring. I tutor writing, listening comprehension, speaking skills, and grammar, as well as other subjects. Lessons from me will help you improve your communication skills, depth and breadth of English language, and gain confidence in using the English language. During the lessons, I provide information about American culture and lifestyle to assist with acculturation, as well. I have taught students from elementary school to adults, privately as well as in schools, colleges and adult education centers, and I am currently a faculty member at a local community college. I am certified in Teaching English as a Second Language and also have a Masters Degree in International Education from Harvard University, with a focus on educational systems in other countries. I have lived, taught, and worked in over 30 countries, speak five languages, and have strong cross-cultural skills that help make me a strong tutor for people from around the world.
