I have extensive experience working with students. I have worked as an administrator supporting students for years academically and emotionally. I have been a professional tutor at a national test-prepping company as well as at a University Writing Center. I enjoy pushing a student further than s/he thought possible. Seeing students achieve above their own expectations is a truly rewarding experience. I enjoy connecting the material to passions I have in pop culture and hobbies, which includes sports (mainly football), comics (Batman, Superman, etc.), and movies (Terminator, Star Wars, etc.).
