I am a native of Massachusetts and received my Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Bridgewater State College (now University) and my Masters of Science in Mathematics from Northeastern University. I have taught 8th grade math in New Hampshire, worked in a bank, worked as both a teacher/director for a national educational franchise, and most recently worked as a teacher/director in a private school, specializing in one-to-one instruction. I love to see the students grasp a mathematical concept and believe that each child is capable of reaching his/her goal, given the tools needed to accomplish this. I try to reach each student at his or her level. Each one of us has special gifts and talents and I love to see my students' gifts blossom for others to see. I tutor math from the elementary level through Calculus 1 in addition to the math components of the SAT and ACT. In my spare time I do crafts, knitting, and crocheting for gifts and bazaars.
