Teaching the youth is so important to me and I feel like tutoring has a more personalized approach. I tutor English. My main focus is writing which is such an important skill in this day and age, I mean you use it for everything. My teaching philosophy is if you aren't trying to engage the student then they won't try to engage you! It is very import to have fun when you're teaching! Happy students learn faster and will retain what you just taught them! My favorite thing in the world to do besides teaching is going to Barnes and Nobles to relax. At Barnes and Nobles, I can truly be anywhere I like! I mean there are just so many books the mind can't help but travel.
