About Me

HelloMy name is Tammy; I have 15 years of experience tutoring and teaching elementary, middle school, and high school mathematics. I hold bachelor's of art in mathematics and have taught developmental mathematics for college/trade school for adult students. I am patient with my students had create visual aids to show students how math connect to everyday life. I learn my students strengths and weaknesses, so I can help them grow in the area of weakness and create stability in the area that are their strengths. In addition I have experience working with special needs students and I bring a patient, yet loving approach to help my students tackle their fears of mathematics.
