My name is Jessica, and I'm a current junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I study public policy and peace, war, and defense. I have over 4 years of tutoring experience with both middle and high school students in a wide range of subjects (including science, math, and English) I have provided SAT test preparation to high school aged refugee students and helped recent refugees and immigrants with their English language skills. In this role, I design various activities to improve students' listening, reading, writing, and oral language skills in English. I have a genuine passion for tutoring and am looking forward to working with you!
