About Me
I graduated high school with an IB Diploma in the spring of 2018. I am immensely involved in learning the French language and I greatly enjoy teaching students the ins-and-outs of French pronunciation and vocabulary! Over the past four years, I took rigorous IB French courses, skipped level three French, participated in international French-immersion camps, passed the AP French four exam with a score of "five," and took the Higher Level IB French five exam. Furthermore, I have participated in the state-wide Texas French Symposium Competition for the past three years, and have won numerous awards, including winning first place in the state in level five prose and sight reading, and second place in the state in level five guided speaking! In addition to being enamored with the French language, I harbor enjoyment for the playing the Viola, which I have been playing for over seven and a half years. I expanded my propensity in teaching students how to play string instruments by participating in the United Sound Program where I had to work with specifically selected orchestra peers to teach special-needs students how to play string instruments.
Hobbies & Interests
I immensely enjoy cross-country running, playing singles tennis matches, reading, drawing architectural models, teaching my friends French tips and tricks, I love cooking Italian food, visiting new places with friends and family.
