In 2017, I graduated from Grove City College with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (PreK-4th) and Special Education (PreK-8th). During my field work in college, I had the opportunity to tutor and teach a wide range of ages and abilities, anywhere from preschool aged students to students with reading challenges and even students with Multiple Disabilities. My favorite subject to tutor is Elementary reading. There is nothing better in teaching than when a student recognizes a letter or when he or she can decipher a new word! I am a strong believer that learning should be fun, accessible, and relate to a student's background knowledge. In my free time, I enjoy exercising, fishing, cooking, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
