I earned my bachelors degree in Psychology from Florida A&M University. I earned my Masters of Social Work in School Social Work from the University of Southern California. I have had several years of experience working with students in a variety of different settings from age three all the way through college. I am truly passionate about the work that I do! I enjoy helping students reach their goals and become successful individuals academically, and emotionally. My favorite subject to tutor is writing as I am a writer myself! I believe that every student is a unique individual and therefore teaching styles have to be adjusted according to the student's needs, and learning style.

In my spare time I enjoy writing, cooking, reading, bike riding, traveling and spending time with my husband and daughter!
