Many clients come to the area without any knowledge of what areas might be a good fit for them. I enjoy finding out what their needs are, and developing a strategy to locating the home that best fits their motivations. As for sellers, I understand the selling process with 18 years of experience as a full time Broker. I understand how to see a property from a buyer's perspective and am able to "coach" sellers in a way to make their properties the most desirable to potential buyers.

I enjoy coaching youth football, golf, fishing, and just about any water sports! I have started gardening this year and it will remain on my permanent hobby list.
