My experiences over the years have improved my prospective nursing abilities as the constant hands-on work has taught me to be resilient, how to read people and situations and how to react quickly and successfully in an emergency. I believe that no student should be left behind and I feel that the way to prevent that is to coach them when needed during one-on-one sessions. I am looking forward to helping students be successful.
