I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of South Florida, and went on to obtain my Master's Degree from the University of Colorado. I began by teaching Public Speaking classes at the local university. I later transitioned into teaching English, Grammar, and rudimentary Latin to Elementary and Middle School students for several years. My most recent experience as a teacher and tutor was as an online, one-on-one ESL teacher for over 500 students in another country. I enjoy and am passionate about teaching the subjects of Reading, Grammar, Public Speaking, and Study/Organizational Skills. I love interacting with and learning from students from all over the world. Seeking and fostering a teaching environment of mutual trust and communication is very important to me, and one of the most fulfilling aspects of my life.

I enjoy travel as I am passionate about experiencing new places and diverse cultures. I am also an avid, eclectic reader, and love devouring books on many different subjects. I also love to hike, kayak, and spend time with my family and friends.
