Ashley Walicki (M.S. in Human Resource Management, Eastern Michigan University) is an Instructor who effectively teaches based on over 15 years of professional Human Resources experience (public and private sector) providing real-life application of HR practices, policies and theories. Her teaching philosophy includes fostering a learning environment that is conducive to open communication and collaboration among students in the classroom. Her goal as an Instructor and HR processional is not only to teach the curriculum and provide examples from her HR professional roles, but to also ensure that her students successfully complete the course by keeping a pulse on her students and assisting where applicable.

Cycling, traveling, spending time with family and friends, photography and being on the lake or at the beach. I enjoy teaching, training and development, human resources and studying for different certifications. I am a lifelong learner that loves education.
