- I have taught for 15 years in general and special education ranging in grades Pre-K - 2nd grade.
About Me
My teaching license is for K-5 and then Special Education K-12. Learning is suppose to be fun and exciting not just for the learner but also for the teacher. I truly enjoy teaching younger children and finding different ways to watch them learn without them even realizing they are doing school work. Bringing realalistic situations to the learning experience helps the learner understand why we are learning things and sees that things will be used throughout their lives.
Hobbies & Interests
I enjoy watching sports such as baseball, softball, football, gymnastics. I love to travel with my family. I enjoy watching movies with my children and playing card games such as "Five Crowns". Let me not forget how much fun we have with our dog, Tucker.
