I obtained a Bachelors of Science in Secondary Special Education and History from Seton Hall University, as well as a Masters of Science in Teacher Leadership from Central Connecticut State University. I have have extensive experience teaching full classrooms of children, as well as tutoring students individually. I have worked with students with a wide range of abilities, including students with ADHD, Dyslexia, Intellectual Disabilities, Emotional Disabilities, Reading Disabilities, etc. While my official certification is in Special Education and History, I have tutored students from grade 3 to grade 12 in subjects related to reading, writing and literature. My philosophy is that building strong relationships with my students is the foundation on which learning and progress can flourish.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, traveling, training my pup and spending time with my friends and family.
