I was home with my 2 daughters for 5 years and then started a great job at a charter school. I was a K-12 independent study teacher/literacy specialist, Algebra teacher, and academic coach. I taught at that school for 22 years. I moved to teaching remotely in 2021 and have been doing that ever since. I love math the most but am really strong in English and Science as well. I love social studies and most of all reading! If you like energetic and outgoing people I am here for you! I am very friendly, caring and supportive and look forward to working with all of my students this year! I encourage you to try your best, never settle for less, and reach out when you need help. Knowledge is power and we can build that "Knowledge Power" together, one step at a time...NEVER GIVE up on what you can do! You have got this!

My favorite things to do are enjoying the outside on a nice day, reading, making puzzles, doing word searches and hanging out with my husband and 2 dogs. I love coffee and donuts!
