I am an educator and skilled professional. Throughout my career I have been acknowledged for my ability to lead and work with people; especially with diverse groups of people from different backgrounds. I have taken responsibility for outcomes and shared interests to achieve stated goals, encouraging and empowering people to make meaningful contributions to developing and enhancing new and existing skills. Besides strong people skills, I am also a good organizer and I enjoy the methodology, framework and structure of educational leadership. My planning skills include 'the big picture' strategic thinking and detailed 'step by step' processes required to implement, test and transition the requirements and solution of the desired learning outcomes and demonstrate mastery. As a professional, I make every effort to understand the learner's needs and fulfilling their goals. I like the challenges associated with individual and group dynamics. To focus on achieving goals with thoughtful analysis and judgment. I believe it is important to focus on dynamic processes and performance outcomes and lead learners to remain result driven and delivery focused while maintaining flexibility to accommodate unforeseen changes.
