I received my Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with a minor in Physics, and I have a Master of Arts in Math Education. I have taught HS math for the past decade in NYC public and charter schools, and I have tutored many students across the country. I am most passionate about teaching and tutoring students in math across middle and high school grade levels. I love sharing my passion for math, and I love helping students reach their goals. I approach tutoring by considering the whole student. I like learning about each student's view of mathematics and their unique perspective. This in turn helps me to translate the content in ways that make sense to each student.

In my spare time, I enjoy working out, tracking my workouts (data!), reading non-fiction, jigsaw puzzles, art museums, and watching movies.
