About Me

I am a scientist who conducts neuro-immunology and HIV/AIDS research! I have a B.S. in neuroscience and a PhD in cellular/molecular biology & genetics. I've worked as a science tutor and educator for over 6 years, working with students ranging from high school through advanced graduate & medical school programs. I have a passion for science education and making science accessible to people of all backgrounds and experiences. My specialty is breaking down complex and confusing topics into ideas that are easier to understand.
