My passion for education was sparked by my experience as a student teacher through NYU's America Reads and Counts program, where I saw firsthand the impact that individual attention and encouragement can have on a student's growth. While I tutor a variety of subjects, math is my specialtyfrom Algebra 1 & 2 to Trigonometry and Geometry. I also support students in English and Living Environment/Biology. I'm a firm believer that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to learning. I'm patient, encouraging, and always willing to explore problems from multiple perspectives because every student thinks differently. My goal is to build confidence, not just comprehension, by creating a safe space where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My tutoring style is patient, adaptive, and centered around making sure students truly understand the "why" behind what they're learning. I believe in creating a safe, encouraging space where questions are always welcome.

In my free time, I enjoy volunteering at local libraries, especially doing read-alouds for children—it's a fun way to share stories and connect with the community. I also love exploring new cuisines and deepening my connection to my Thai heritage through food, cooking, and following cultural creators on social media. Learning through culture and community brings me joy, and I enjoy finding new ways to share that curiosity with others.
