I enjoy helping students develop personal study habits that lead to success in any subject. I am committed to helping nursing students who are working on certifications and/or preparing for test-taking be successful by providing tools and strategies that support their success. I hold an Associate's degree in Science, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Management and Leadership, and a certification in Medicaid Managed Care. I enjoy educating students on personal learning styles and how to improve study skills.

My interests outside of teaching are providing consultation services to Medicaid providers located in the NC market. I enjoy training helping professionals in strength-based practice, and I enjoy mentoring and leadership development.
