About Me

As a dedicated educator with a Doctorate of Education in Teaching and Learning from Argosy Unviersity and Master's degree in Library and Information Studies from Texas Woman's University, I am passionate about fostering a love for learning in my students. With over 2 years of tutoring experience, complemented by more than 14 years in classroom settings, I specialize in elementary subjects such as English, Math, and Science, as well as ESL/ELL. My teaching philosophy centers around creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel confident to explore and ask questions. I believe that every child has the potential to succeed, and I am committed to helping them achieve their academic goals. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading and exploring new educational resources, which I integrate into my lessons to keep learning dynamic and relevant.
