I have tutored and/or taught mathematics to elementary, middle, and high school students over 20 years. I enjoy teaching high school mathematics the most, i.e. Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry, Precalculus, and Calculus. I am passionate about teaching mathematics because education is about students developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills by forming relationships with their peers and teachers. In my classroom, students learn best and develop those relationships in a safe, respectful, challenging environment that fosters inquiry, authentic experiences, collaboration, and provides appropriate support.

The outdoors such as hiking, walking trails, biking, and relaxing on the beach. I want to try camping, fishing, and canoeing. I also like dancing, watching TV, and eating. I am a foodie.
