Hello! I'm Leah, a recent graduate from Northwestern University and someone who is deeply passionate about helping my students excel by building meaningful mentoring relationships that support both classroom excellence and personal growth. With over 8 years of experience tutoring K-12 students on SAT/ACT test prep and college admissions, I especially understand the importance of creating customized approaches to a student's learning style. I try to foster a collaborative approach by creating space for open and honest communication with my students to ensure they get the most out of the sessions. Additionally, from personal experience throughout high school and college, I am committed to helping my students achieve academic excellence without the sacrifice of their other passions, and am well equipped to help anyone who faces challenges navigating this balancing act.
