With over 30 years of experience as an educator and math intervention specialist, I bring a proven track record of driving academic achievement and fostering student growth. I prioritize building relationships of trust with every student and focus on supporting the "whole student," ensuring they thrive both academically and socially. My superpower is making curriculum understandable by using a common sense approach to teaching using my many years of experience about how students learn.

Outside of my professional work, I am an outdoor enthusiast who thrives in a mountain environment. I enjoy a variety of seasonal activities, including hiking, fishing, and both snow skiing in our local mountains and water skiing on our local lakes. Living in a high-country setting also allows me the unique opportunity to regularly observe and appreciate local wildlife, such as elk, dear, and eagles.
