Hello! I also have a Bachelors in Writing from Ithaca College. Most recently, I worked for 3 years instructing undergraduates at UA in English 101, English 103 & Intro to Creative Writing. I also have experience tutoring at the Writing Center, working with students on personal statements, research papers, and more, and tutoring student athletes. I have experience teaching creative writing to all ages, from kindergarteners to adults, through educational nonprofits such as Writopia Lab and the Leadership Program. I love teaching writing because I love seeing students become more confident and able to express themselves, empowering them to lean into their individual voice and perspective. I value meeting each student where they are at and adjusting my tutoring style to meet each student's individual needs. I balance big-picture ideas with more detailed line edits for grammar and flow in my feedback, centering the student's primary concerns and the requirements of their assignment.

I love writing poetry, essays and short stories. I love nature, animals, and taking walks in the woods. I also collage, meditate, and collect a variety of trinkets!
