- My name is Avi and I recently got my PhD in physics from Cornell.
About Me
I care a lot about math and physics and love teaching these subjects. I have been tutoring for over ten years, primarily one-on-one with high school and middle school students. I focus on helping students understand concepts behind the material and that deeper understanding leads to stronger performance on tests and in class overall. I'm excited to help students who are struggling in math or physical science.
Hobbies & Interests
I spend as much time as I can outdoors - I love hiking, running, and rock climbing. When it's raining you can find me inside with a good book.
