While a student, my professor recommended me to tutor my classmates who were struggling in their Finance courses. Following graduation, I successfully completed the Chartered Financial Analyst exams and earned the CFA charter. These are rigorous exams that cover accounting, economics, corporate finance, and investment. After I earned the charter, I became a course instructor for the CFA review program offered by Stella. In my experience helping others, I have learned to ask questions and make connections to things a student already understands in order to build a foundation for learning new concepts. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy music, movies, hiking, and reading.
