I am a graduate of Florida State University, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and English, and University of North Carolina--Chapel Hill, where I received a Master of Science in Library Science. In my downtime I enjoy reading and hiking with my dog. Art, grammar, and literature are my passions and my favorite subjects to tutor. I am highly organized and have always been successful at test-taking, however, so I have the most to offer students in that area. I believe that the goal of learning should be more than just passing a test. Instead of rote memorization, I focus on contextualizing information and making ideas relevant to students so that they retain the material long after the test has been completed.

My hobbies include visiting museums and historic sites, hiking with my dog, and reading.
