As a young professional, helping others own their spark is what keeps mine twinkling. Whether its as modest as modifying a rowing machine with duct tape to be disability friendly, as brave as a teenagers first authentic statement in family therapy after months of nudging, as critical as ensuring there isnt a refugee without food or shelter, or as important as teaching a teenager how to read, I am energized through equipping and empowering others. Im an action-oriented extrovert who is equal parts goal and relationship-oriented and ready to be challenged and engaged.
