I'm Akir! I started my collegiate career with the intent to be a nurse as I enjoy helping people, but it didn't take long for me to realize studying the material brought me more joy than trying to cure patients, as sometimes that's an impossible task. By way of my peers and professors suggestions I began to research different learning styles and concluded if we gave children the opportunity to learn more creatively and privately their understanding of the fundamentals in any subject would increase. This is just some of the knowledge I bring to my sessions. I use each session as an opportunity to uniquely tailor the subject to the student as a way to reinforce what they already know.
