I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson in Anthropology and Music - Vocal Performance, and am now pursuing my Master of Music degree in Voice Studies. Between graduating from Dickinson and matriculating at Longy, I worked in the Education department at Port Discovery Children's Museum in Baltimore, Maryland. There, I wrote and facilitated many programs for school and camp groups, birthday parties, Scout groups, and volitional guests. The programs' subject matter spanned all subjects from the Maryland State curriculum and Girl and Cub Scout badge requirements, from Pre-K through 5th grade. In addition, I have previous experience in educational outreach programming; camp counseling; teaching theatre classes; and tutoring. While I love teaching and tutoring in any subject, I am most drawn to English (Literature, Creative Writing, Reading Comprehension), History and Social Studies, and Music. As a tutor, I love helping students find tools to become their best selves, and I believe in building on our strengths to bolster our weaknesses. I am passionate about equitable education for all because I believe it opens your world: to new opportunities, new ways of thinking, and new ways to improving life for yourself and your communities.

Music, of all kinds, is my biggest passion! I perform and study classical music (opera and art song) and musical theatre, but I love listening to any genre and receiving recommendations from students! In my free time, I love to read, bake, and create embroidery and sewing projects.
