I believe that every child has the potential to learn and succeed, regardless of their challenges. My goal as a teacher is to unlock that potential and help my students become confident and independent readers and writers. My approach is grounded in the Orton Gillingham method, which is a structured, multisensory, and sequential approach to teaching reading and writing. I believe that this approach is highly effective because it is tailored to the individual needs of each student. I take the time to assess each student's strengths and challenges, and then create a personalized learning plan that is tailored to the unique needs of the student.
