About Me
I recently graduated with my MPhil in Biological Anthropological Science from the University of Cambridge, and have over four years of tutoring and teaching experience. I also hold dual undergraduate degrees in Anthropology and Geology from the University of Georgia, a MSc in Human Osteology and Funerary Archaeology from the University of Sheffield, and am a first-year PhD student at the Ohio State University. As an educator, I have worked with a diverse range of students, including middle and high school scholars preparing for in-class and standardized testing, as well as college students and incarcerated individuals studying for their GED exams. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering a supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to explore complex concepts and develop critical thinking skills. My favorite subject to teach is science, as my personal ethos as a scientist is to make the discipline more accessible and exciting to everyone!
