I received my undergraduate degree from West Chester University. I majored in Elementary Education with a minor in Reading. In May 2014, I earned my Master's Degree from Cabrini College in Elementary Education. I am certified in: Elementary Education (K-6), Middle School English (7-9) and Middle School Mathematics (7-9). Most of my teaching experience has been with prekindergarten, 2nd, 3rd and 5th grade.I love helping my students achieve their own academic success! I take the time to learn about my students and their personal learning styles, needs and preferences. I often incorporate various learning tools, such as manipulatives, white boards, highlighting tape, flashcards, etc. to help my students grasp the concepts. If a student is not grasping a certain concept, I will present the information in an alternative manner in order for my student to understand the material.I currently teach 3rd grade and love every subject!
