While I have experience tutoring many subjects, my favorites are Statistics, Mathematics, and Computer Science. I did not discover my passion for these subjects until college (I was admitted to Columbia as pre-law for my writing), and I wish I had been exposed to the fun aspects of these subjects at younger age. Often we are discouraged from science and math while young by phrases like "I'm just not a math person," when the reality is that everybody learns math differently. These subjects are my favorite to tutor because it is incredibly rewarding to facilitate a previously-struggling student's confidence and understanding.

When I'm not tutoring, I can often be found reading in Central Park or bicycling on a day trip to the beach. I am also programming an Android app in my free time.
